The club was formed from the Hear/Say Fund Inc. with 35 Sertomans from the east & west central PA district clubs in the Allegany region (now called the Allegheny/Canada Region). 1. Provide free hearing/screening evaluations for all persons at least 5 years old 2. Provide funds for equipment and training for all staff of the Hearing & Speech departments of nonprofit medical organizations affiliated with Sertoma foundation. 3. Provide Ray Kent Fund $1,000 Scholarships to two graduate degree attending PA schools in the fields of Speech/ Language Pathology or Audiology.
